All items ship here from Japan, and we believe making you smile.

Attention

Shipping abroad may involve additional customs costs, taxes and so on.

That is not calculated in your payment.

We are not responsible and have no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

Shipping

We ship globally and use Japanese Post and EMS since their jobs are quick and safe.

It takes about 7-30 business days, it depends on countries you live.

Also, we are happy to ship to Japan! (not including Okinawa and remote islands)

 

Processing time

All orders placed with us are normally processed within 3-5 business days; which fall between Monday - Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Please note that it may take longer due to various factors (i.e.; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

We understand the shipping method is little complicated, so here is your order image.

The delivery = processing time + estimated shipping time

We will let you know by e-mail when your order is on the way.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

If a package never reaches you after 60 business days, you will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.

If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.

the post office will send a pickup notice to your address for a large package which they can't deliver or if you missed the delivery. After 14 waiting days, if your package is returned by the post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.

If we did receive your return package, we will send you an email and ask you if you want to re-arrange to ship out the package and pay for the re-shipping fee or not.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Your orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

 

Incorrect shipping information

If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possiblewithin 24 hours

explaining the error and provide the correct information; we are here to help you.

However, unfortunately, if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage, so let us know as soon as possible.
