Return Policy
商品到着日より10日以内にご連絡時にかぎり、返品を承ります。

ただし下記については返品をお受けすることができませんので、予めご確認ください。オンライン注文での商品は店舗に返品できません。

 ・開封済み(内袋)の商品

 ・お客様にて傷や汚れ、香水・柔軟剤・タバコなどの臭いが発生した場合

 ・セール品は返品不可

 ・お客様のご都合(サイズ違い・注文を間違えた・イメージ違いなど)の場合

 ・商品は、元の形式(お送りした時と同じ状態、損傷なし、未使用、未着用、未洗濯)であり、すべて元のタグとラベルが取り外しのない状態である必要があります。不良品返品も同様です。

  ・商品到着後10日を過ぎて当社が受け取った返品は受け付けられませんのでご注意ください。その返品された商品は自動的に返送します。

  ・ アイウェア•Eギフトカード• 宝石•ランジェリーセット(女性用シェイプウェアとボディシェイパーを含む) •水着(ビキニボトム、ビキニセット、ワンピーススーツ)は衛生上の観点から返品できません。

  ・不良品返品の際はその箇所の写真をお願いします。商品到着後10日を過ぎて当社が受け取った返品は受け付けられませんのでご注意ください。その返品された商品は自動的に返送します。

 

返金について
商品が弊社に到着・状態確認が出来次第お支払いいたします。商品不良の場合は、上記以外の場合、商品の価値(元の配送料を差し引いた額)の払い戻しまたは交換を行います。また、不良品返品にかかる送料は弊社が負担させていただきます。

Return Policy 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

you may return unused items within 10 days of receipt (own expense).  Online orders cannot be returned to stores.

If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to refund or do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your item (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:
• All returns must be approved in advance by our support to receive the return authorization number from us.
Please contact us at wecare@boutiquehanaya.com if you want to return your order.
• The return items must be shipped out within 10days after you have received the return authorization number from us.
• We request that all goods are returned within 10days of the date of you have received your return authorizations number by us.
• Returned items must be in their original form (complete, undamaged, not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags and labels attached and in a saleable condition.
• Please note, any returned item received by us outside of the 10-day return policy will not be accepted. Once received by us, this returned item will be automatically shipped back to you.
• You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. All the return items must be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping.
• We will not accept any return parcels without the information.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A print-out of the invoice must be included.
• The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be exchanged
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS
Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list. Please note that any on sale/discounted item(s) can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
• Eyewear
• E-Gift cards
• Jewelry
• Lingerie sets (including women's shapewear and body shapers)
• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, bikini sets, and one-piece suits)


SHIPPING COST
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your refund as you will no longer be eligible.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please send an email to wecare@boutiquehanaya.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will text to you as soon as possible.
Note: All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film; therefore, lighting may influence the color (s) in the photos, and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Email wecare@boutiquehanaya.com to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).
2. The Return Authorizations Number will be issued if your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item to the return address we provide in our reply to you.
3. As soon as your return has been processed at ours, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or not. If you are approved, the store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 7 business days.

Any item that does not meet the process above will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 2-4-9 Yawata, Ichikawa-city Chiba JP 2720021

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
