この度は、Boutique HANAYAでのご購入ありがとうございます。

配送先住所の変更について ご注文確定後の配送先住所の変更は承ることができません。ご注文確定前に必ずご確認ください。

配送日時指定について カート内にてご希望日時をご指定ください。天災・交通混雑など不可抗力の場合はご希望に添えないことがございます。配達時ご不在の際は、再配達依頼時に日時指定をお願いいたします。

配送業者について 佐川急便・クロネコヤマト・日本郵便のいずれかにて配送いたします。（メール便での配送はしておりません。）

送料について

  • 税込￥20,000以上のご購入：送料無料（沖縄・離島を除く）
  • 税込￥20,000未満のご購入：送料￥1,500
  • LINARI（リナーリ）製品：全国一律送料￥1,000（沖縄・離島を除く）
  • Account® PARIS Tシャツ・ショッピングトートバッグ：全国一律送料￥360（ゆうパケット）

お荷物追跡について 商品発送後、お荷物お問合せ番号を発送メールにてお知らせいたします。各配送会社のサイトより配送状況をご確認いただけます。

領収書について お荷物に明細書を同封しております。インボイス対応として事業者登録番号・社名・ご購入アイテムが記載されています。

荷物が届かない場合 施錠できないボックスによる荷受けなど、当社発送後の盗難・破損・紛失については補償いたしかねます。予めご了承ください。複数ご注文の場合、送料は個数分となります。

【英語版】Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Boutique HANAYA.

International Shipping Shipping abroad may involve additional customs costs, taxes, and fees that are not included in your payment. We are not responsible for customs inspections or delays. Any customs import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment Methods: Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay, PayPal

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Free shipping on orders over ¥20,000 (excluding Okinawa and remote islands)
  • ¥1,500 shipping fee for orders under ¥20,000

International Shipping

  • Flat rate ¥5,500 worldwide via Japan Post / EMS
  • Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address.

Unclaimed Packages If your package is not picked up within 14 days and is returned to us, we will contact you regarding re-shipping options. Re-shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
